It’s easy to get caught up in heated conversation with things we are passionate about. This is obvious, as we just came off a hot political season with midterms, Governor races and more.
As workplace Christians, it is our responsibility to spread the good news and to speak truth. But Jesus has not commanded us to do that with force. In fact, he suggest the opposite.

The next time you find yourself at an upcoming holiday party or in a water cooler conversation at the office, on topics like politics or religion, remember what Jesus said. “Therefore be a shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.” We are to use the wisdom and craftiness of the snake, and the purity and peace of the dove.
