A Servants Heart

In the workplace, it is easy to become self-focused in our effort to climb the ladder of success and/or meet the work goals we set for ourselves. What’s not always easy is to fix our gaze outward where we can look to help others...and yet, that is exactly what Jesus asks us to do.

 

In the workplace, that sacrificial service can be covering a shift for a fellow worker that has a family emergency. Or it can be something as simple as cleaning up the coffee cups in the conference room after a meeting.

 

Your challenge this month is to look for a small way, every day, to serve others in your workplace. Do it with the right motives and you will discover that it is you who will be rewarded the most!
